From exploring Fort Macon to playing Putt-Putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can appreciate all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!

Total linens includes a queen, two doubles, and a queen sleeper couch.

Additional Conveniences: The home is equipped with community wireless internet for your browsing and streaming needs. It also has a furnished deck for you to relax and savor the salty air without even leaving the condo!

The entirely-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher - all you could need for a week at the beach and some home cooking!

Notes:

- NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - at least 5 Days in Advance.

- This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.

- You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in. On-site office also has complex WIFI password.

- No boats or trailers are allowed on the property.

- There are 4 HOA onsite dumpsters for garbage disposal.

- Coin operated Laundry Room is located in Building L.

- There is only one elevator per building. Building "L" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 131 and 132. Building "K" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 167 and 168.

- A Place at the Beach does have a single beach Wheelchair that can be signed out for use at the office located on the property.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Getting the best rental value:

• Summer is the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. To book the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

• On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
