Offering five bedrooms, these homes have plenty of space for the entire family including your dog - with the Atlantic Ocean just steps away. The gas log fireplace is available for use off-season only. (2nd fireplace is decorative only). In addition, you have access to a phone within the property that accepts complimentary, unlimited phone calls within the U.S. for your convenience.

Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a entirely covered two car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two cars comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical heaven unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is ideal for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach.

You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a excellent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.

Level Two features open concept floor plan including an oceanfront living room opening to a striking dining area and finished with the gourmet kitchen and bar area for additional dining. Unwind with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the vistas of the Atlantic and excitement at the Atlantic Beach Circle. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. The gourmet kitchen features a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range. You¡ll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.

Head up the stairs (or hop onto the elevator!) and kick back on Level Three. Once here, you¡ll find the specious Master Suite (Bedroom 4) and Bedroom 5. The over-sized Master Bedroom 4 getaway features cathedral ceilings, King Bed, Flat screen TV and a private bath with granite counter tops, enormous shower and a private deck overlooking the coastline. Bedroom 5 is on the streetside of the home offers 2 Twin Beds, Flat screen TV and features a private full bath.

The outdoor shower includes a foot washing station right inside the gate from the beach.

The kitchen also include a blender, gridle, and toaster.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

-Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the check-in office to pick up overflow parking pass and garage door opener.

-Please use the dumpster at Hang 10 Doughnuts to dispose of Trash during your stay.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
