Ground Level: Outdoor Shower. Charcoal Grille. Level One: Living, dining and kitchen with vaulted pine ceilings make it ideal for families sharing space! There is a half bath off the living space. Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, Deck Access, and use Shared Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and use Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a King Bed and uses Shared Bath.

Conveniences Include: a Private Swimming Pool, a stackable Washer/Dryer, Open Decks with Furnishings, an Outdoor Shower (cold),5 TVs, Kitchen, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, Microwave, an Uncovered Deck, and a Charcoal Grille.Pool May be Heated for $650/week + tax Mid-April thru Mid-October Only; Note: The electric pool heater will not work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
