This home is a 2 min. flat walk to a public beach access at the end of Eagles Nest Drive (not shown on google maps). Appreciate your favorite drink under the covered patio around a gas firepit or up in the trees on one of the 3 porches. This is a amazing pet-friendly abode that comes complete with an enclosed yard for your furry friends to run around! Take a dip in the private swimming pool that can be heated for an additional $650/week + tax; if the temperature is below 55 degrees the pool heat pump will not work. Unwind in the private hot tub.This property is located 0.5 mile from the pier, which you can walk to from the beach. It is also close to local eateries and stores. There is a basketball hoop located at the property and this home is located on a dead-end street with less traffic, which provides a ideal space for kids to ride bicycles!

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
