Unwind with the whole family at this peaceful beach hideaway in the heart of the crystal coast! Sound side, with private boat ramp access AND only 6th row from ocean with private beach access. This is the north side of a sister duplex (also available for booking upon request). Each side has private brand new Hot Tub (Rythm 7 person spa from Hot Springs). Outdoor shower. This is a water lovers dream!!! Brand new construction with 3 en-suite bed/baths, huge open floor plan, double dishwashers (YES TWO!!!) and an ice maker (ideal for filling coolers and beverages!) in the 12.5 foot white quartz counter top kitchen island! Elevator for use by guests and for help with suitcases, groceries and loading and unloading your car!

Home furnished with all luxury upgrade items including Serena and Lily, Pottery Barn, Tempurpedic, and William Sonoma. This home is made with LOVE!

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Salty Pirate Water Park are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.

When to visit & When to book:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To get the largest rental for your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
