Recently refreshed 2nd floor, Ocean view condo located less than 500 ft from the beach. Bicycle paths which lead you to local stores, eateries, breweries, family fun parks, and grocery stores. Appreciate the beach from the balcony. Weekly units during Summer Season (June 1 - Labor Day). 3 nighttime minimum for off-season units. Please let us know which protection plan your prefer: $79 non-returnable or $250 returnable. We are able update your booking to reflect this.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near the beach. Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting. With motor boating, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

How to get the best value:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
