Recently modernized 2nd floor, Ocean view condo located less than 500 ft from the beach. Bicycle paths which lead you to local stores, eateries, breweries, family fun parks, and grocery stores. Appreciate the beach from the balcony. Weekly units during Summer Season (June 1 - Labor Day). 3 nighttime minimum for off-season units. Please let us know which protection plan your prefer: $79 non-returnable or $250 returnable. We are able update your booking to reflect this.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near the beach. Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting. With motor boating, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
