Spectacular top floor, end unit condo with the most lavish expansive vistas from both the balcony and living room. This 650 sf, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is just steps away from the beach and pool. The handsome amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool w/ 150 water slide, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, a playground and more. Listen to the ocean from our balcony and watch the dolphins play! We appreciate our slice of heaven and would adore to share it with you!
The space
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds ( they can be put together) . The galley kitchen has everything you should need including a k-cup coffeemaker, toaster and pots and pans. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the 1st floor in the building.

Atlantic Beach is home to this condo. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.

How to get the best value:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
