Surfside at Atlantic Beach is a privately owned home curated for a refined coastal experience. We kindly ask that all guests treat the home with care and consideration.

Occupancy
min. occupancy is 8 guests at all times
Only registered guests are allowed on the property

No Animals
Family Pets are not allowed under any circumstances

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are stringently prohibited
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No Smoking
This is a stringently non-smoking property
No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors or outdoors

Care of the Home
Guests are responsible for the home during their stay
Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be charged accordingly
Please do not move furnishings or décor

Towels & Linens
Please hang wet towels on bathroom hooks or racks to dry
Do not leave wet items on floors or furnishings

Trash & Recycling
Summer trash days are Monday and Thursday mornings
If your stay falls on these days, please:
Roll both trash and recycling bins to the street the evening prior
Return bins back to their place after pickup

Septic System
This home is on a septic system—please be mindful of water usage
Do not flush or put anything down drains other than toilet paper
Avoid grease, food, wipes, or foreign objects in sinks or toilets

Cleanliness
Please dispose of trash properly
