Peaceful island living will materialize before your very eyes at this Atlantic Beach condo! Perfectly perched near Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach, and the town's locally owned eateries and stores - your days here will come effortlessly.

When you aren't hanging out on the sea breeze balcony, head for the community's turquoise pool, best followed by a barbecued meal.

Inside, you'll immediately be in awe of the condo's sunny open layout and nautical-themed mementos. One of the comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom are to the right when you first walk in. The entirely equipped kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and pretty breakfast bar. The adjacent living room offers the ideal space to kick back and catch up on all of the day's memories. A sizable intelligent TV is available here for all of your streaming needs.

The primary en suite bedroom is available off the living room and features its own TV. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning tie together the condo's marvelous amenities.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
