The ground-level garage has been converted into a recreation area with a Intelligent TV, pool table, ping pong table, four bicycles, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and seasonal beach toys. The backyard features a private path to the beach and a enormous wooden pirate ship playset in the sandbox for kids. Parent supervision is recommended.
