Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to eateries, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some spectacular seafood and prepare at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! We refreshed the bathrooms, master bedroom as of April 2022, all beds and furnishings in 2022 and just put in a entirely new central AC system as of April 2023 and a brand new kitchen 2024!

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the best value, shift your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. • If there's a particular Crystal Coast beach you are enamored with, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.

• Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
