DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Calypso Escape! This enchanting bespoke designed home offers tropical styled decor and plenty of bedrooms with private baths!.
As you enter Calypso Escape through the door in the carport the elevator is to the left and the laundry room to the right. The den is furnished with a constructed-in twin over double bunk bed and two single beds decorated in bright colors and accented with grass bed skirts has a full bath with double vanity and tub/shower configuration.
Take the full service elevator or climb the polished wood stairs to the mid-level. At the top of the stairs is a powder room to the right is a roomy king primary suite with a balcony. The open concept great room creates an airy and light filled space. The living room is complete with a Intelligent TV. The dining area and kitchen are comfortably accessible to the cooks in the kitchen. The dining table seats 6-8 and there is also additional bar seating. The kitchen has all the necessary gadgets and appliances for a week’s stay. Off the living area is a deck and off the dining area, there is access to a screened porch with picnic style seating.
All levels are effortlessly accessible by the elevator. As you head up to the top-level you will find 3 additional guest rooms. There is a cavernous king primary suite with a walk-in closet and slider to a side balcony, a guest room with two double beds with a private bath and an additional queen guest room with a private bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
Calypso Escape is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is roughly a 10- min. walk from the home or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is supplied at the pool area.

  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
