Handsomely appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home with many extras. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, we are convenient to eateries, stores, grocery, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Public beach access is located at the end of the street, a leisurely 7 min. walk. Our home features premade beds, bath and kitchen linens, towel warmers, bidet, a wine/drink refrigerator, completely equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are supplied.

We want our guests' stay to be convenient as possible, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, aluminum foil, cling wrap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags.

Pet Fee- $150 per animal, limit of 2 animals. Guests must notify owner within 3 days of making reservation to arrange payment of costs.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Sticking to a rental budget:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your Crystal Coast vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.

  • First, have your family commit to date ranges and a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Oceanside Luxury and Convenience on the Beach has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available on booking pages. If not, email or call the property management company before you book the property. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
  • Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
  • Is your group looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.

Additional considerations:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your phone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many concerns.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
