Handsomely appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home with many extras. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, we are convenient to eateries, stores, grocery, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Public beach access is located at the end of the street, a leisurely 7 min. walk. Our home features premade beds, bath and kitchen linens, towel warmers, bidet, a wine/drink refrigerator, completely equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are supplied.

We want our guests' stay to be convenient as possible, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, aluminum foil, cling wrap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags.

Pet Fee- $150 per animal, limit of 2 animals. Guests must notify owner within 3 days of making reservation to arrange payment of costs.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
