Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests and owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

A-105 is a First Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo with a pool view! Open living area has a Queen Sleeper Couch and faces the ocean with a covered deck. Dining area. Kitchen/ Bar area with microwave, ice maker and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed, covered deck and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a double/double bunk bed. One Full Bath is located in hall.
