Spindrift is a 8-bedroom, plus Sleeping Loft, 9 full and 3-half bath Oceanfront home that is Emerald Isle's newest mini-resort. Ideal for adults and families! One of the highest elevations on the Island with 12' x 31' Pool on high dune level and spectacular vistas of the ocean. There will be 8 Master Bedroom Suites each with private bath, plus a sleeping loft w/ 1/2 Bath, and 7 bedrooms are Oceanfront with Covered Decks.

Ground Level: Recreation room with TV, Pool Table & Shuffle Board Table, Kitchenette with Microwave, Fridge, Extensive Theatre w/100" Screen, Bose Theater System, with Lazy Boy Theatre Chairs, a full-bath, and 2-Car Garage for guest use. Elevator and stairs to all 4 floors.

Level One: High Ocean - Extra sizable 54' Great Room overlooking ocean, Decks and Pool. Living Room with Gas Fireplace, Full Bose Music Entertainment Center, with Stereo/CD player, and Bose speakers throughout inside. Enormous Dining room. Gourmet Kitchen with Bar, Commercial Viking Stove with Double Gas Charbroiler & 2 Convection Ovens, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Double Sinks, Pool and Spa off of Kitchen with Oceanfront Pool-side, half-bath and shower room. Covered Deck overlooking Pool, Pool Deck, Dunes Deck and walkway.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the most suitable rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
