The full size laundry area is located just inside one of these guest rooms.The 2nd floor is the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and an open layout to the well-outfitted kitchen. The dining room is located off the kitchen with plenty of seating for your family. In addition to the living room, there is also a sunroom overlooking the pool with another comfortable conversation area. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this level, both furnished with Queen beds and share a hall bath.The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Master suite...and what a suite it is!
