The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll adore your 2 bedroom Loft that is 1500 sq ft! The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom and loft have 4 twin beds. The living room has a queen couch beds. This Loft can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many excellent memories!

When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental & When to go:

• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your Crystal Coast vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
• Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines contain deals for nearby shops and restaurants.

• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would at home.
• Document any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute arises.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
