Cozy two-bedroom duplex on a peaceful road in Emerald Isle. A five-min. walk to the beach access as well as to the marina to launch your boat. This home is on a dead-end where you can walk to a new playground that overlooks the ICW. It is entirely furnished, 2 miles from the grocery stores/eateries and simple access to the Emerald Isle bridge. The kitchen is equipped for in-home cooking as well as a grille to use on the deck out front. Washer and dryer are also within the unit to use. Linens and towels are supplied.

• Public beach access- 0.3 mi. Take Pinta Dr. across Emerald Dr. then two blocks up (no parking at this access)
• Emerald Isle Boat ramp- 0.4 mi. Make left on Emerald Isle Dr. from Pinta Dr., turn left on Scotch Bonnet Dr. (Great long dock you can fish off at the end or relax on the benches and watch the ICW)
• Senator Jean Preston Memorial Park- 0.1 mi. Make a right out of the driveway and walk to the end of the street.
• Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier- 1.8 mi.
• Salty Pirate Water Park- 2.8 mi.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, change your family's Crystal Coast vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
