Beach Dreams East is an oceanfront beach haven! This 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is ideal for a family getaway with convenience in mind. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Included! Take in the ocean vistas from the deck and let the waves send you into a calming trance.

Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Bunk beds and Flat Screen TV. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer. There is also a full bath on this level.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach is a Gazebo for soaking up the ocean breeze.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway.

Conveniences include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a Gas Grille, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, Ipod Speaker System, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
