Gorgeously refreshed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, BRAND NEW grille, and cozy upper and lower level decks (new deck boards replaced 2024!), ideal for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a fast 4 min. walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with entirely equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. Two TVs equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to comfortable up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 enormous swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.

When to go & When to book:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. Book your vacation home in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
