Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
