The top level showcases a roomy, open-concept kitchen entirely outfitted for entertaining, with a huge island, natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two fridges, a pellet ice machine, and a tankless water heater. The dining and living areas open onto a furnished covered porch, where you can savor striking sunrises and ocean breezes.
