Kick back, relax and make great memories at this bright and sunny Emerald Isle condo with convenient beach access! The Pebble Beach gated community is oceanfront with private beach access, two outdoor pools, a year-round heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a exercise center. Take a walk along the oceanside boardwalk, gaze at the waves and watch dolphins from the shaded oceanfront gazebo. Take a dip in one of the 3 crystal clear pools on the well-kept, landscaped grounds. Listen to the ocean waves from the outdoor pool with kiddie pool located up against the sand dunes. Savor the courtyard outdoor pool and the handsome, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from the front door. The exercise center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the roomy grounds. The tennis courts are open for some fun and lit up after dark. If you are looking for the ideal location on Emerald Isle, Pebble Beach is it! Take a short bicycle ride to town on the bicycle path or a few min. walk from the front door to eateries, the ice cream and candy shop, go-kart track, grocery stores, water slides and mini golf!

This freshly modernized top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full/double bed and a full attached bath.

The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your huge private balcony. Unwind on the balcony with your morning coffee and vistas of the handsome pool and serene courtyard.

The entirely equipped, refreshed kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, both a Keurig with K-cups, and every gadget you could need for appreciating a great meal! Ceiling fans and intelligent TVs are in every room, as well as an abundance of wireless phone chargers for your convenience. A washer and dryer is included for your use as well.

We have a variety of beach items available for you, including a beach wagon, beach chairs, body boards, sand toys and more. You will also receive a welcome book with our personal recommendations, full of eateries, activities and places to visit to assure your family will have a marvelous beach vacation!

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and MacDaddy's Entertainment Center are also worth visiting.
