Nor Easter is an adorable 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Oceanview Duplex (east side) beach getaway in the Spinnaker's Reach Community conveniently located just one home away from the community pool and beach access! You can take in great vistas of the beach from inside the home from multiple rooms and outside on the multi-level decks!

Located in the breathtakingly striking, oceanfront, and fresh gated community of Spinnaker’s Reach, you will appreciate calming by the community pool or hitting the beach via the community beach access, both just a few steps away! Make use of the community golf cart parking if you rent a golf cart locally!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen Intelligent TV giving you access to your favorite apps with your own account logins, and a private gorgeously modernized full bathroom. The in-home laundry area has a washer and dryer. This duplex also has the added benefit of not one, but two water heaters to ensure you have a relaxing experience whenever you jump in the shower or need hot water to rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower! Level One: Oceanside Master Bedroom #2 with a king bed, flat-screen Intelligent TV, designated office space with desk and chair, and splendidly refreshed full bathroom offers impressive ocean vistas from your own private deck. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, flat-screen Intelligent TV, and access to the charmingly updated shared full bathroom this level. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds and access to the shared bathroom.

Level Two: This level has a cavernous, open living area and dining area with handsome vistas from all over! The main living area is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and wide open spaces. Intelligent TV with access to your favorite streaming apps with your own accounts is supplied as well as a DVD player for family movie nighttime. The game table is sure to come in handy for the kids’ electronics or your social evenings - the home owners have generously supplied various board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your use and enjoyment.

The dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The gallery-style kitchen/bar area has additional seating for two more! The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks for your family throughout your week at Nor Easter, including oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed set, a flat-screen TV, and access to the wonderfully updated shared full bathroom this level.

Conveniences Include: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. It provides central heating and air conditioning. You will find covered decks with a dining table and chairs! Savor cooking out on the gas Bar-B-Que. This property is also extremely kid-friendly and includes a porta-crib and a infant gate on the top level of the home!

Spinnaker's Reach Community Conveniences Include: Community Pool, Community Beach Access, Golf Cart Parking.

Note: Spinnaker's Reach Community requires you to display a parking pass to park at the pool. You must pick up ONE PASS ONLY at the Spinnaker's Reach Community office located near the gate to the community - you will need to provide your reservation to the office to receive your parking pass. Passes are for cars only (golf carts do not need a pass).

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
