Pebble Beach A-205 is a Second Floor Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 Bath condo that features handsome vistas of the ocean and pool located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries.

Savor a lazy afternoon, calming on the oceanfront deck and taking in the salty air. Living area has a Flat Screen TV, Leather Recliner and direct access to the covered deck that overlooks the pool and ocean! Dining area. Wet bar. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher.

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, direct access to the covered deck & full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV, and modest balcony. Bedroom #3 with 2 Twins, TV, and access to the modest balcony. There is a Shared Bath for Bedroom #2 and #3. Washer & Dryer.

Recently upated window, blinds, and sliding glass door for living area. New sliding glass door in Master Bedroom.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
