Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

A-205 is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo on the second floor that boast impressive vistas of the ocean and pool. Appreciate a lazy afternoon, calming on the oceanfront deck and taking in the salty air. Living area has a Flat Screen TV, Leather Recliner, Queen Sleeper Couch and direct access to the covered deck that overlooks the pool and ocean! Dining area. Wet bar. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, direct access to the covered deck & full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and modest balcony. Bedroom #3 with 2 Twins and access to the modest balcony. There is a Shared Bath for Bedroom #2 and #3. Washer/Dryer.

Linens and Towels Supplied (weekly stays only)!

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
