Step out of your private, furnished screened porch to the courtyard with indoor/outdoor heated pool and grille! Short walk to the beach, additional pool, tennis and bicycle/walking trail. Living room has 60" Flat Screen TV with Queen Sleeper Couch. Separate bedroom with Queen Bed.Rare first floor, one bedroom unit with 1 bath! Recently furnished and fresh paint throughout condo.
