Queens Court 1204 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo!

Living Area is open and has direct access to the balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The Dining Area is open to the kitchen bar and directly off the living room. Kitchen/Bar Area has a Microwave, Fridge/Icemaker, Oven & Dishwasher. The kitchen is also outfitted with a Slow Cooker, Blender, Coffee Maker and Waffle Maker. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, private bathroom, TV and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen/XL Twin Bunk. A hall bathroom is located outside the 2nd bedroom.

Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave; Private Covered Balcony.

Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, eateries, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!

New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not supplied), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.

PARKING INFORMATION:

● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.

Linens and Towels included with Beds made for Weekly stays.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

When to go & When to book:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • To get the best rental within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property.   • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
