Catch some sun and Atlantic breezes on the deck with ocean vistas, or cross the street for direct beach access. Two bedrooms with 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds, 1.5 bath with open plan from Kitchen to Living Room. Appreciate your privacy, or rent with friends and open the door between units. Conveniences include Electric Car (EV) charging on site (COMPLIMENTARY), washer/dryer, outdoor gas grille, ceiling fans, central heat/air, 3 Flat Panel TV, cable, and wireless internet, outdoor shower and partially covered deck.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Croatan National Forest and Pocosin Wilderness reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it.
