Ocean Club B303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, overlooking the striking Atlantic Ocean! This elegantly decorated condo has great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony, relax and watch the boats go by on your rocking chairs! High speed wireless internet access and an answering machine for your convenience. Living Area offers a Queen Sleeper Couch. The Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, TV, DVD Player and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV and DVD Player. The Den has a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle.

Conveniences Include: 4 HDTVs, 1 Blu-Ray Player, 4 DVD Players, Netflix, CD Player located in the Living Room, Margaritaville frozen Margarita Maker, Nintendo Wii with numerous games, Access to Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with Beach Toys located in storage.

Linens and Towels included with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not supplied with linen package.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
