There are 6 folding chairs and a beach cart supplied to help transport beach equipment back and forth. The beach is located a short downhill walk to a flat beach access (no stairs) boardwalk. There is ample parking in the driveway and in a gravel space to the side of the home. There is also a dog pen with a raised dog home for guests visiting with family pets.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
