New crib, bassinet, infant tub, white noise machine, 2 high-chairs, pack-n-play, and MamaRoo Swing. Great private back yard for fast trips outside with doggies and kiddos. Beaches are not busy. Watch the dolphins in late afternoon swimming in ocean! Weather in Fall, Spring are extraordinary with 60s-80s temps. Winter is mild as well and ideal time for dolphin watching.

House has 2 living rooms (1st & 2nd floor main), garage for beach storage, outdoor shower behind laundry room, additional frig in laundry. Linens: We order towels and linens for your stay. We also offer our beach towels as a convenience - just wash beach towels and return to laundry room. If you prefer to bring your own linens and towels, we can deduct fee upon request.
