5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath in Emerald Isle's private gated community, with Ocean view and access to beach only steps away. No typical beach traffic with immediate right turn just over the bridge. This beach home is a peaceful home away from home. Striking new navy West Elm couches in main living area with new swivel chairs. Conveniences include: Work desks in Master BR and lower Loving Room, Shibumi tent and round tents, new beach chairs, 6 bicycles, bocci ball set, golf cart, sand toys - everything you need for a family vacation. Recently added brand new crib, bassinet, infant tub, white noise machine, 2 high chairs, pack-n-play, and MamaRoo Swing. Great private back yard for fast trips outside with doggies and kiddos.

Beaches are not busy. Watch the dolphins in late afternoon swimming in ocean! Weather in Fall and Spring are striking with 60s-80s temps.

Open concept living/ dining with 11- FOOT table. Seats 8-12. Additional Teak table on upper deck is ideal for dinner with Oceanview . House has 2 living rooms (1st & 2nd floor main), garage for beach storage, outdoor shower behind laundry room, additional frig in laundry. Kitchen is well equipped with all of the essentials… new Pottery Barn dishes, Keurig for coffee, new Dutch oven and stock pot, gas grille. Play tennis and pickle ball at private courts - first come first serve. Laundry room with full washer and dryer - entry off back of garage.

Recently modernized kitchen with butcher block peninsula and white quartz counter tops. Renovated baths with impressive white quartz counters. Home has generous parking to accommodate 3 cars in main drive, with 4 additional in lower drive. ( Must share driver info ahead of stay). We have a great golf cart for your use to make trips to the beach , pool , or tennis courts more efficient. House is only 4 homes away from nearest access. Quiet and relaxing family neighborhood! Not a event home - security patrols regularly. Great eateries close by for takeout. Emerald Isle park for hiking, runners, and paddle boarding within 1 mile. of entry.

Linens: We order towels and linens for your stay from Island Essentials. We also offer our beach towels as a convenience - just wash beach towels and return to laundry room. If you prefer to bring your own linens and towels, we can deduct fee upon request.

HOA requires 2 week minimum. Ask us about 2nd week discount in off season only.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.
