Duplex connects through inner door. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Parking for 6 cars! Beach chairs, beach towel, beach wagon & umbrella included. Amazing location so you never have to drive. Grocery store, putt putt golf, water park, movies - all a short walk down the road. Linens and towels are supplied.

Dogs allowed, $400 pet fee per stay. No dogs on beds - put dog couch covers on couch. Dog hair on furnishings or beds incurs an additional fee from cleaning company and will be charged to guest. Amount TBD depending on extent.

This vacation home is located in Emerald Isle. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
