Duplex connects through inner door. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Parking for 6 cars! Beach chairs, beach towel, beach wagon & umbrella included. Amazing location so you never have to drive. Grocery store, putt putt golf, water park, movies - all a short walk down the road. Linens and towels are supplied.

Dogs allowed, $400 pet fee per stay. No dogs on beds - put dog couch covers on couch. Dog hair on furnishings or beds incurs an additional fee from cleaning company and will be charged to guest. Amount TBD depending on extent.

• Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review.
