This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. Great ocean view from a covered porch! The home is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for the owner's use. Very peaceful location and super calming but also a short drive to multiple great towns with shopping and dining. The home sits high up and has great ocean vistas from the covered porch! There are stairs from the yard to the street, then only about 3 homes down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!

Located in Emerald Isle, this cottage is near the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
