This oceanfront 6 bedroom, 4 bath home in a great area of the beach with handsome expansive vistas! Interior connecting door brings East Side and West Side together in ideal harmony. Open and Covered deck with rocking chairs. Savor your very own 12'X24' Private Pool and Hot Tub (Pool may be heated for an additional $625) - We cannot guarantee the gas pool heater will work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

East Side-

Ground Level: Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. Open outdoor shower.

Level One: Open living and dining area. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and under-counter drink refrigerator. Bedroom #1 with Queen; Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin Bunk Beds; Bedroom #3 with Queen. Ceiling fans. Charcoal grille. Living room connecting door takes you to the West Side!

West Side-

Ground Level: Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer. Outside Shower. Level One: Open Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom #4 with Queen; Bedroom #5 with Queen; Bedroom #6 with 2 Twin bunk beds. Ceiling fans. Charcoal grille. Beach Chairs.
