Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation.   • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance.
