Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Find your perfect rental:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
• Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
