Buildings are 3 stories each with 6 condos per building. All condos have both ocean view & sound view open or covered decks. Outside Swimming Pools (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles and outside shower are available for guests¡ use. Oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean!

2A1 West is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. The open concept living area host the Living Room, Kitchen and Dinning Area. The Living Room has direct access to the oceanside outdoor covered decks. There is a Flat Screen TV.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a SmartTV. Bedroom #2has 2 Twin Beds and a SmartTV.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Linens are not supplied, but can be added for an additional fee. Inquire with your Bluewater vacation planner to add linens to your stay.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes, which will be available in your Pre-Arrival Email.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to drive future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience find their best rental home.
