Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) and coin-operated washer/dryers in A Building.

Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a wall mounted 40" Flat Screen TV, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed.
