Sand Castle Cottage is an oceanside home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This home is located in Emerald Isle which gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and is a short drive from historic Beaufort and Swansboro. This cozy cedar shake bungalow has marvelous privacy and is located close to a beach access. The entire bungalow has been restored and refreshed with all new appliances, floor and has new bathroom setups!

Ground Floor: Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Gameroom with Foosball Table and Futon (Linens are not supplied for Futon).

Outdoor Deck with Deck Furnishings, Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower with Dressing Area, Interior Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Covered parking, Recreation/Game Room with Foosball table, Fish Cleaning Station, and Bicycles.

NO Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Third pet allowed with a charge of an additional fee of $350.

Rents Weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Linens and Towels Supplied with Beds Made (weekly stays only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Booking your Crystal Coast vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
