Welcome to Sangria Sunset! Constructed in 2018, our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a private saline pool. It is gorgeously decorated and has all the essentials to make your stay calming and enchanting.

Sangria Sunset has 3 bedrooms with private baths, all with king size beds. The fourth bedroom with two queen size beds shares a full bath with the rec room that has a twin/double bunk set. With ample flexibility in sleeping space for your whole family, Sangria Sunset offers sun decks and a screened porch to appreciate all the nature that surrounds it on the double wooded lot.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach off of Coast Guard Road, our guests have less than a 10 min. walk to the community beach access and pool.

After a day at the beach, an outdoor hot/cold shower is available to use before cooking on the Weber gas grille.

Golf carts are available to rent by local companies that will be delivered to the home.
