Welcome to Sangria Sunset! Constructed in 2018, our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a private saline pool. It is elegantly decorated and has all the essentials to make your stay calming and enchanting.

Sangria Sunset has 3 bedrooms with private baths, all with king size beds. The fourth bedroom , with two queen size beds, shares a full bath with the rec room that has a pyramid bunk (double,twin). Sleeping up to 13 guests, Sangria Sunset offers sun decks and a screened porch to appreciate all the nature that surrounds it on the double wooded lot.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach off of Coast Guard Road, our guests have less than a 10 min. walk to the community beach access and pool. After a day at the beach, an outdoor hot/cold shower is available to use before cooking on the Weber gas grille. Golf carts are available to rent by local companies that will be delivered to the home -inquire with Blue Water.

This vacation home is located in Emerald Isle. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Summertime is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
