Ground Level: Entry level with Laundry Area featuring Washer/Dryer. Outside, an enclosed yard is great for a little family playtime for both humans and canine companions.

Level One: Oceanfront great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas. Savor family movie nighttime with the included TV in the living area or simply take in the beautiful surrounding oceanside vistas. Totally Equipped Kitchen offers Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher to suit your beachside cuisine. Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Bath with Shower, and Private Deck Access. Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin Beds. Shared Bath with Shower this level.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 with King Bed and Queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath with Tub/Shower. Bedroom #4 with 2 Queen Beds, TV, and Private Bath with Tub/Shower.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Tips to get the optimal rental experience:

Money saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your vacation in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available online. If you don't see them listed, call the host before you reserve the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what is best for your family.
  • If there's an individual Crystal Coast destination you are enamored with, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your agreement.

During your stay:

  • Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your .
  • Upon check-in, note any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Please be objective.
