3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront bungalow that gives you a tremendous view from living/dining/kitchen area! Wrap-around open & covered decks with expansive vistas & furnishings.

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Hot & Cold enclosed outdoor shower.

Level One: Extensive open living area. Dining Area. Galley kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has King & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twins. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins.

Conveniences Supplied: TVs, Stereo & CD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer. Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea. Public Beach Access is Located Directly to the Right of Property.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
