Entirely-equipped kitchen; Fridge; Microwave; Dishwasher; Convenient breakfast bar or dining room configuration; Roomy living and dining room layout; Washer and dryer; Covered balcony with furnishings; Central air & heat. 2 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, DVD Library, Book Library, Oven, Coffee Maker & Ice Cream Maker.

Bedroom #1 (Master Bedroom) has a King bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Double beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
