Summer Winds B-338 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, third-floor oceanfront condo with an gorgeous view of the ocean without leaving the condo! This condo has a enormous open living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a completely equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk.

Additional Conveniences: The condo has tons of convenient amenities such as a charcoal grille within just a few steps of the condo, 4 flat-screen TVs, game room, shuffleboard, Card/Poker table, pool table, central heat and air conditioning, a washer, and dryer, and a handsomely furnished covered deck! Guests will have access to outside storage to store their beach chairs and equipment.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
