These events can also be incorporated with a incredible beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-409 is a 4th floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area has a Queen Sleeper Couch with great ocean vistas. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with microwave & dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed.

Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a queen bed.

Additional Conveniences Include: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Icemaker, Microwave and Dishwasher. Covered decks with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early.
