Oceanfront townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Direct ocean view from oceanfront deck and painless beach access via boardwalk exclusively for townhome unit owners. Professionally decorated with entirely equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. This unit has 3 cable TVS including a 48 inch HDTV in living area and wireless high speed internet. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, an enclosed h/c outside shower and a gas grille. Master bedroom on upper level has a king bed and private master bathroom. There are two more upper level bedrooms one with a Queen the other is a full bed with a pull out twin trundle in third bedroom.. NO FAMILY PETS. NO SMOKING. Two parking spaces per unit

Located in Indian Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast. When to book a Crystal Coast rental home & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. To get the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
