At the main level, you can find a roomy open, bespoke designed floor plan with charming woodwork, great room with stone fireplace and a enormous intelligent TV, a breakfast table where you can savor your coffee or a board game, oceanfront deck right off living area and walkway to the beach, a sizable kitchen with solid surface countertops, and a huge dining area. A bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a laundry room can also be found on the main level.
Walk up the stairs to the top level and you will find a loft with a futon, play area and a second intelligent TV. Your eyes will soon be caught by the gorgeous oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a daybed with a pullout trundle and an oceanfront bathroom and a balcony. Also on the top level are two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another, sharing a jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The ground level offers a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.
The community is gated and accessed with passes only, with year round tennis and basketball courts, and a swimming pool that opens in the late spring to early fall.
This home is mainly used by its owners with only a few weeks rented each year.
