Kitchen is entirely equipped, with plans to be refreshed in the near future, and includes a dishwasher (as well as a washer & dryer). Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the huge island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just appreciating the sounds of the ocean.
3 intelligent TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 min. walk from the door to the sand.

Linens are included. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters.

Colony by the Sea is a family-friendly complex with a peaceful beach. It is conveniently located in the middle of the island - 15 mins from both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Pool, hot tub, charcoal grilles, picnic area, and elevators are all on-site for guest use.

• Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did you have a great vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
