This modernized coastal bungalow has an adorable beachy décor featuring modren amenities: granite countertops, bespoke cabinets, wine racks, hand-scraped hardwoods, and stainless steel appliances. Unwind and feel the fresh coastal breeze from the upsized sun deck, 4 teak rockers, and two NEW TEAK Adirondack chairs. In the cooler seasons, open the two french doors and savor the coastal breezes.

Oversized private hot/cold outdoor shower is great for rinsing off from the day at the beach.

Bring your modest boat/ water toys and spend the day island hopping or exploring the close by coastal towns, it's a boatload of fun! Single-level floor plan with three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed with access to a shared bath. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk set with access to a shared bath.

The kitchen has an upsized french-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, and dishwasher. Keurig and a Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! Please note that if more than two dogs are found to be staying at the property, guests will need to pay an additional $375 + Tax Pet Fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
