For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club P104 is a first floor Soundfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo overlooking the pool and boasting handsome vistas of the sound. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and there are four flat-panel TVs for your entertainment. Appreciate the convenience of in-unit laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The entirely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as extras like a coffee maker and blender - hello, beachside smoothies!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
