Units are available throughout the year, so this is an spectacular option for you and your family no matter when you like to travel! Afraid you'll be disconnected for too long during your vacation?! No problem! High-Speed Wireless Internet is supplied by the complex! The enormous living area has a NEW VIZIO 50" Class 4K Ultra High Definition LED Intelligent TV with streaming and other apps pre-installed for all of your streaming needs to boot!

Pier Pointe 6A1 comes with a beach-side covered deck with Adirondack chairs and snack tables - to make things even more convenient, the deck is accessed directly from the living area. There is also a street-side deck with the same seating options, so you have plenty of options to choose from!

The condo has a dining area and a kitchen with everything you'll need including two complete sets of flatware and serving silverware!

Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV, full bathroom with an additional-sizable hottub tub, separate stall shower and two-sink vanity.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
